I'm not normally a pancake fan, but these could definitely change that! They're a cross between banana bread and pancakes. My rating: 4 out of 5.

Just found your blog and love it!
While I was in the islands this winter, I ate a ton of banana pancakes with macadamia nuts and coconut syrup! ONO! (delicious in Hawaiian) (have you heard Jack Johnson's song "Banana Pancakes"?) You've made me crave them again. I think I will be making these this weekend. Good idea.
I'm not sure I can continue to read your blog. It is making me too hungry!!!
omg, that looks sooooooo good!
I'll have to try these. They look delicious. I'm a whole wheat flour kinda girl, so I may try that with this recipe.
I LOVE pancakes. My kids like banana with chocolate chips, but these look good for my husband and me. Off to find some more yummies.
These look delicious...RIGHT NOW! I am so hungry and I wish I had the ingredients to make these.
